Reliable support in your own home for people who would otherwise be looking at a residential placement. It can be ongoing and intensive, or as light as a regular sitting service, and it is built so that hobbies, interests and decisions stay yours.

What this includes

  • A care plan built with you, not for you

  • Two carers per visit, where a double-up is needed

Supported living is care in your own home. It is not a care home placement, and we are not a nursing service.

  • Self-funding (private)
  • Local Authority
  • Local Authority with top-up
  • NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
