Supported living
Reliable support in your own home for people who would otherwise be looking at a residential placement. It can be ongoing and intensive, or as light as a regular sitting service, and it is built so that hobbies, interests and decisions stay yours.

What this includes
A care plan built with you, not for you
Personal care and meal preparation
Domestic support
Sit-in services
Help with reading correspondence
Collecting prescriptions and pensions
Two carers per visit, where a double-up is needed
Supported living is care in your own home. It is not a care home placement, and we are not a nursing service.
How it is paid for
- Self-funding (private)
- Local Authority
- Local Authority with top-up
