What we help with
Six services, each arranged around the person rather than a fixed package. Most people start with one short visit a day and change it as things change.

Personal care
The everyday things that become harder to manage alone. Our carers are trained to handle personal care in a way that protects someone's dignity, and we will always try to match you with a carer you are comfortable with.
- Washing, bathing and showering
- Dressing and undressing
- Medication assistance (oral)
- Food preparation
- Dietary requirements, including pureed, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, Kosher and Halal
- Male or female carers available

Dementia and Alzheimer's care
Dementia care works best when it is predictable. We keep the same carers visiting wherever we can, so the person at the door is someone your relative recognises, and we build the visit around the routine they already have rather than imposing a new one.
- Consistent carers, kept the same wherever possible
- Support with daily routine and orientation
- Personal care delivered patiently
- Medication assistance (oral)
- Companionship and conversation
- Support and respite for family carers

Domestic care
Help with the practical side of the household, so the home stays somewhere comfortable to be. This can be a visit on its own, or part of a wider package alongside personal care.
- Domestic and home help
- Laundry and changing beds
- Shopping
- Food preparation
- Collecting prescriptions and pensions
- Pet friendly carers

Supported living
Reliable support in your own home for people who would otherwise be looking at a residential placement. It can be ongoing and intensive, or as light as a regular sitting service, and it is built so that hobbies, interests and decisions stay yours.
- A care plan built with you, not for you
- Personal care and meal preparation
- Domestic support
- Sit-in services
- Help with reading correspondence
- Collecting prescriptions and pensions

Outreach support
Care that does not stop at the front door. Outreach support is about keeping someone connected to the places, people and things they were part of before they needed care.
- Escorted trips out in the community
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Cultural support for faith, values and beliefs
- LGBTQ+ support
- Support to keep up hobbies and interests

Palliative care
Support for someone receiving palliative treatment, and for the family around them. Our part is the personal care, the companionship and the practical help, so that the time left is spent at home and as comfortably as possible.
- Personal care, delivered gently
- Sit-in services, including overnight sitting
- Companionship for the person and the family
- Respite so family carers can rest
- Two carers per visit, where a double-up is needed
